I don't think outlaw armor is really a "Grand Prize". It's even worse than makeshift. It's also ugly.

Well, they could always drop both, just make outlaw more rare because it costs more
or there could be a rare chance for a raider leader to spawn wearing old riot....ya never know

sending some strange words(combine radio massage) and recon heli starts flying around(this heli does not attack anything). when it finished recon, some dropships above and drops large conglo army and they walking around whole map

i remember james said dropship spawning would be cool than headcrab canister so im bring this up

Air-raid
conglo sents an gunship and attacks players
it can be shoot down with gun but has very large hp
drops case for each person's position who did damage and the larger they did damge the more they get items

having good rp doesnt make one fit for staff duties, especially if said people are always playing with the same small group of people and no one else. staying in an echo chamber only makes your own words reflected back to you and whoever else is in the chamber. people applying for staff need to not only know the staff, but also how the playerbase can react to interactions between itself, the general staff base and the applicant

Hypothetically speaking, If the gunship were to be shot down, would it drop a bunch of loot suitcases, or would they conveniently be "Destroyed by the explosion"?

How about:
Vodka, Beer, Soda, Tea (Tea is disgusting, but I imagine it would serve a purpose.), Fruit Juice, ect.
