Lately when the rain would start, its not now just loud and obnoxious it also cause you to disconnect. You will get the disconnect message on the top right of the screen and when the timer goes down 30 seconds, it will stop DC and you will be able to resume playing. Then it will again start disconnecting. If someone may resolve this problem ASAP either by just stopping the rain completely, or just fixing the problem right away still allowing it to rain, either way is great.

Thanks for reading and it would be great if the problem could be fixed so everyone could have some fun on Postnuke!

I have experienced this issue as well as early as two nights ago, wasn't aware it was related to the rain.

It seems that the rain itself is not what's causing the lag, but the latest version of our anticheat as this only started after updating it. I'm guessing it's checking all of the rain effects server side to make sure they're not all part of a hack, but I can't be sure. I've brought this to the attention of the author of our Anti-Cheat, but I'm not sure hat he can do. I might have to make some edits to the Anti-Cheat to fix it, but until then I'm disabling auto weather.
